Conference Registration fee includes the following:

• Admissions to all presentation sessions (including the Workshops and Tutorials)

• Conference dinner (Nov 3)

Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or by Bank Transfer during advance registration.

• Please fill in the registration form PDF here and email the completed registration form to er2010@sauder.ubc.ca
• Please put "Payment by Bank Transfer" in the subject line of your email. The bank details will be emailed to you accordingly.
• An additional CAD$ 25 processing fee will apply for this payment option.

Advance registration will end and the on-line registration link will be closed on October 15th, 2010. After this date, all further registrations must be done at the conference site.

Purchase orders, bank drafts, cash and credit card payments can be made in person when checking in at the conference venue. On-Site registration fees are the same as the fees apply during the period of Sept 16-Oct 15, 2010.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by October 15th, 2010: refund less CAD$ 100 processing fee. Cancellation after October 15th, 2010: no refund available.
